Cookie Policy
Last updated:
This Cookie Policy explains how SIA "ReIntellex" uses cookies and similar technologies on our website. It tells you what these technologies are, which ones we use, why we use them, and how you can control them. Please read it together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data more generally.
We keep this policy in plain language. If anything is unclear, contact us using the details at the end.
1. Who we are
SIA "ReIntellex"
Registration No.: 40203659335
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, and tags. In this policy we use the word "cookies" to cover all of them.
Cookies can be set by us directly (first party) or by another provider whose service we use (third party). Some last only for your visit and are deleted when you close your browser (session cookies). Others stay for a set period so the site can remember you on your next visit (persistent cookies).
3. The types of cookies we use
We group cookies by what they are for:
Strictly necessary cookies: needed for the website to work, for example to load pages, keep the site secure, and remember your cookie choices. The site cannot work properly without them, so they do not require your consent.
Analytics and performance cookies: help us understand how visitors use the site, which pages are popular, and where we can improve. We use these only after you give consent.
Functional cookies: remember choices you make, such as language, to give you a smoother experience. Where these are not strictly necessary, we use them only after you give consent.
Marketing cookies: we do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If this ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting them.
4. The cookies and tools we use
The main providers that may set cookies through our website are:
Framer: our website host and platform. Framer sets strictly necessary cookies so the site loads and works correctly, and may provide privacy-friendly built-in analytics.
Google Analytics: helps us measure traffic and understand site usage. These cookies are set only after you consent through our cookie banner. Google may process this data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.
Scheduling and booking: when you book AI training, our scheduling tool may set cookies needed to run the booking.
The exact cookies on the site can change as we update our tools. You can always see what is stored on your device through your browser, or change your choices through our cookie banner.
5. Legal basis
For strictly necessary cookies, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
For all non-essential cookies, including analytics and non-essential functional cookies, our legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). We set them only after you accept through our cookie banner, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Publishing this policy is not by itself consent for non-essential cookies.
6. How to manage or withdraw your consent
You are in control of non-essential cookies:
Cookie banner: when you first visit, our banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can reopen the banner at any time to change or withdraw your choice. Withdrawing consent does not affect cookies that were already set while your consent was valid.
Browser settings: you can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you refuse cookies or warn you before one is set. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
Where your browser sends a recognised consent or tracking-preference signal, we treat it as a valid choice to reject non-essential cookies where we are able to.
7. Third-party policies
Some cookies are set by third parties, whose own privacy and cookie policies govern how they process the data. This includes Framer and Google. You can find links to the relevant policies in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our tools or the law change. The latest version always appears on this page, with its update date shown at the top.
9. Complaints
If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you have the right to complain to the Latvian supervisory authority:
Datu valsts inspekcija (DVI), website: www.dvi.gov.lv
We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
