How it works

Every automation you buy is yours to own. You choose it, we configure it for the tools you use, and you receive everything you need to run it. It works like flat pack furniture: you get the parts and a clear guide, and the setup is simple even if you are not technical.

From pick to request

Getting your automation takes four steps.

1. Choose your automation

Open the one in the catalog that handles the job you want off your plate.

2. Select your tools

Tell us which tools you use, like Gmail, Sheets or your CRM, so the automation is built around your setup.

3. Pick a grant

If your business qualifies for a digitalisation or other grant, select it and it is applied to your order.

4. Send your request

Send your request with any notes you have. There is no payment at this step. We review it and get back to you fast.

What happens next

After you send your request

We review every request by hand and reply within one working day. If it is straightforward and you left no notes, we send your invoice right away. If you picked a grant, or we need a clearer picture of your setup, we contact you first so we get it right.

What you get after you order

Once your invoice is paid, you get an email with everything you need:

In your email

A JSON workflow file, which is the automation itself.

One or more PDF guides that walk you through the full setup.

You host and run the automation on your own side. By law we cannot hold your workflows or your data for you, so everything stays in your hands, which is also better for your privacy and keeps you GDPR compliant. The automations run on n8n, an open automation platform that keeps the setup on your side straightforward.

Think of it like buying flat pack furniture. You get the materials and a clear set of instructions, and all you have to do is put it together. Our guides are written so that even non technical people can follow them.

Your step by step setup guide

The PDFs cover everything, from an empty screen to a running automation:

1. Set up hosting

Where your automation lives, either in the cloud or on a server you rent. We point you to a few good options to make this easy. We are not affiliated with any of them, and we recommend EU based servers so you stay GDPR compliant.

2. Install n8n

How to get n8n up and running, explained in plain language and shown with screenshots.

3. Import your workflow

How to load the JSON file you received so your automation is in place and ready.

4. Connect your credentials

How to securely link your own tools and accounts so the automation runs for you.

Every step is detailed and shown with screenshots, so you are never left guessing.

Optional add on

Prefer we set it up for you?

Not everyone wants to handle the technical setup, and that is completely fine. For an agreed cost based on your workflow, we set up the instance and connect the credentials on your side for you. You get the same automation, fully running, without touching the technical steps. Just ask and we will send you a quote.
